\nYou can join the rectangular tables by bringing them closer to each other until you get the shape you like best.

Once the tables are arranged, you can, by positioning the mouse on each seat, change the seat number which is now 0 and assign a name to the chosen number, in case Excel freezes, press the Esc key on the keyboard.
